What to expect

Poynter’s Table Stakes immerses local news organizations in a performance-focused, team-based, and design-driven program for digital audience and revenue growth. The intensive year-long effort pairs the seven Tables Stakes of digital transformation with the change management methodology of Performance Driven Change, providing a pathway for transforming news organizations into audience-focused, story-first, platform agile, and financially sustainable enterprises.

Tables Stakes co-creator, Quentin Hope, will introduce the program’s framework and successes in building digital audiences, organizational capabilities, and revenue across news organizations of all sizes and types. Plus, hear from public media participants about how they successfully put this program into action in our industry.

Please note: The live session is open to all, the recording will be available exclusively to Greater Public member stations and sponsoring organizations.
