What happens when you secretly donate to 70 public radio stations across the country? You receive an in depth view of how our industry interacts with donors. From February to April 2020, Next After and Greater Public conducted the Public Radio Mystery Donor Audit by giving to 70 public radio stations and monitoring their subsequent engagement.

Join us for a review of this audit to learn how the public radio donor process compares to other nonprofit organizations. Discover proven principles and tactics based on real data and results to improve your online fundraising and engagement, leading to revenue growth for your station.

This is a two-part session. Part 1, from 12-1 pm ET/9-10 am PT, will focus on the online donation form. Then the presentation will break for 30 minutes, followed by part 2, from 1:30-2:30 pm ET/10:30-11:30 am PT, highlighting the results of email donations. Attendees are welcome to stay for both parts or join one or the other.
